How Does It Work?

Nothing could be simpler......

A single phone call or email to our studios with the address of the property, and together we work out a time to meet the agent or an assistant on site.
Alternatively, we can just collect the keys from your office and complete the job without supervision.

At this point, we register the domain name of the property.
eg www.21prestonpeakdrive.com and set-up the hosting, and start laying out the agent’s details into the site.

We go to the property at the designated time, take a quick tour to work out how we will film the property, then complete all of the necessary tasks including the Fly Thru video, 360 degree panoramic photos, as well as the normal photos

Unlike other photographers, we use natural light more than flash, so to create warmer, more appealing photos. This is important to create a ‘homey’ feeling.

Generally, we are completed within 1 hour, and at the most, 1 and a half hours.

We email the agent asking for the property details so we can write a script to accompany the video.
We then produce the voice-over and music, matching it to the video.
After that, we create the 360 degree panoramic content, and build the easy to navigate photo gallery.

All of this is then uploaded to our web servers for hosting, and viewing by the buying public.

We then create a corflute sign which attaches to the estate agents For Sale sign detailing the web address people can go to to view the videos and photos.

The job is done, and it’s really to start giving buyers the chance to make quality, informed buying decisions.
